A Solid Gold Medal
Crafted in pure gold, the medal symbolizes honor, unity, and the quiet strength behind real peacebuilding. It is awarded to those whose actions speak louder than titles or fame.
A Commissioned Portrait by a Contemporary Artist
In addition to the medal, each recipient will be honored with a commissioned portrait.
Every year, a new list of contemporary artists from across the Americas is invited to participate. From this group, a portraitist is carefully selected to create a lasting image of the laureate—capturing not just their face, but their story.
A Rotating Ceremony Across the Americas
The official award ceremony will rotate annually between North, Central, and South America, reflecting the continental mission of the prize and celebrating peacebuilders in every region.
